Build a Barony

Duke Stefan Karameikos nods to a steward, and in short order one of the heralds stands up. He calls forth Donal of Clearwater and starts naming off the accomplishments of the Level 9 fighter and Court Lord. ‘But wait a minute’, the Duke thought to himself, ‘I haven’t the slightest idea of what fief I was going to give this man…’ Thankfully, Duke Stefan had a copy of Build a Barony at his table, and now, so do you.

He had Zogrev Yarol, his Minister of State, prepare 20 fiefdoms to be gifted when someone appropriate deserves one. Each one has at least a little space to grow, some resources to exploit, a uniquely Karameikan population, and some property to give to the a new Lord or Baron.

Check it out! This is my first Mystara/Karameikos related "supplement", and definitely just a version 1. I definitely want to expand some tables about Karameikan society. What would you want to see in a Barony generator?
